The nature of language is to change. Does anyone here actually want less words in existence?

cough *1984* cough

Who cares if you sound "silly", it's the cutting edge of linguistics baby!

There is a reason standardized English is taught in school.

Is it still? Took me till highschool till a teacher formally taught grammar. I had to learn from my parents.

And yeah, don't worry... the bakery brown ano was a joke. Although, I did look at the tempering curves for aluminum alloys, and it shouldn't affect the metallurgy. Just look like a steaming pile of fecal matter.

...you still have brass and silver colors in there. So you fail.

Yeah well, that just makes the companies idiots. If they didn't call their brown "dark earth", you wouldn't have stupid little kids running around saying that. It's dumb for you to call your marker anything other than the actual color, just like it's dumb to call your white Mustang a "arctic white Mustang".

Another example of the "gamer" language that has crept into some people's speech patterns is the suffix "-zorz"
Example: "I'm so AGG, Ima get into teh snake-zorz."
Another example :The Whiteboard, a vaguely paintball webcomic by "Doc" Nickel

Agg, defined by The Whiteboard is "...when a player is so bad, and gets spanked so regularly, he keeps trying to buy newer and more expensive gear thinking it'll somehow make him better." The Whiteboard, a vaguely paintball webcomic by "Doc" Nickel
Recently, agg has been spelled in "1337" (or leet) speak with the numbers 499 on Pbnation.

Wow, you must really be old....

I havent seen much of anything in the way of standardized English from most of my "peers." Of course, that could be because I go to a school where half of the kids are failing at Math, English, and the Sciences and the school is given a "Satisfactory" grade from the state.

Bingo on the 1984 reference though man!! You are doubleplusgood!!! Almost all of the words that we speak are words degraded form the proper language of someone else. Take cool for instance, the object is most often not cold to the touch, but hey, its slang.

Here is one that I havent seen mentioned:
Pod Monkey: A person on the team who fetches and or fills pods after/before/during games.
