can I rent gear at those fields?...I seriously doubt I will bring any of mine with me due to my lack of knowledge of the local laws. Though I would love to bring my 68 Classic and my entire gear bag.
I really like the sound of the 19th century fort, sounds like an amazing experience. Please do contact the local club in Chalon, I really would like to get some field time while I am there, it would be the highlight of my trip.
Now how do I say "Bunker" in french?

Hi, i'm french too so I guess I can answer

First of all yes, you can rent some gears but you know... it's rental gear

If you're just planning to play for a day then it should be all right, I mean, you won't have to bring some unnecessary luggage and to fear customs services. You might encounter some issues with them, as a decree nearly considers a paintball gun as a firearm now... though I seriously doubt you got issues as an automag doesn't look like a real gun... and the look is the main point of this decree. Furthermore the decree hasn't been turned in a law yet, so nobody really knows what to do. It just brought a mess.

And you just say bunker!
Sandwich.... parking and ketchup too. And paintball, loader, fps, bps, "out"...
But mayonnaise and rendez-vous are orignally french, sorry.

... seeing this I'm feeling like i probably should have introduce myself in here too!

Yes I will probably only get to play once or twice while I am there...I may bring my own mask though...I find rental Masks a little unpleasant.

Thank you for the information and I look forward to seeing how the game differs between our two countries.

Goat, I should be able to find a Mag for you..

So here are my guns :

My first Automag. I've found a black body on Ebay and a thread saver from NDZ because the asa doesn't work with air bottles."homemade" Promag and on/off valve. The Splash parts were bought one by one in 1995-1996 (that's why there is two differents patterns). I also have a matching SP all american barrel but I really like the Armson ! I will soon put a lvl 10 on it.

I'm working on this one. At first, it was a way to use my spare parts and a few items once again found on Ebay. The gun works fine but it shoots by itself every 2 seconds I have check the velocity. Advices welcommed !

The third one. Also bought On Ebay USA I must say I purchased it only for the splashed powerfeed plug !.The plug is now on the first one. Good old level 7, simple and reliable like any Automag !

Nice guns, there.

I have always loved the splash anno. Makes me feel like a 16 year old, again.

Very Nice examples of the AutoMag you have there! Really like the wood grips and Splash parts...Beautiful.
Level 10 is awesome, I put it in mine and have not chopped a ball in at least 4 or 5 years.

Here is a photo of mine, and another of one of the barrels I have for it.

HIs english is better than you would find anywhere on pbnation I know there is some one on here form sweden that has alot of mags, he offered to buy my power feed body body. I can't think of his name, but i know he is famed with owning "the dice mag" or somthing like that, it has a big wooden grip for the pump handle that is a dice. And it's cool to talk to someone in another country. Makes want a pen pall, Spanish one would be awsome.
