Only use approved paintball goggles and change your lens once a year. Never, ever, ever use anything but. Your eyeballs will thank you.

Little to no protection for the ears too. Legit fields would not allow their use and being ski goggles, they haven't undergone any impact resistance testing, so it is unsure how they'll react once hit.

JT offers a couple of reasonably priced dual lens goggles. They won't fog like single lenses can are pretty comfortable. Look into the Flex 8's, and Proflexes... There are also a few others in the JT line but I don't remember them- maybe someone will pipe up and fill in where I left off.

Only use masks designed for paintball.

But good on you for asking instead of going out and loosing en eye. I can still remember the time I wore ski goggles in my noob days... it still gives me shivers everytime I think about it.

You can actually buy pb masks just as cheap as ski goggles. I wore ski goggles, then upgraded to shop goggles in my newbie days as well. Bad idea, and I wish I had asked someone in the know before doing it.

A mask is the thing you should spend the MOST money on when you start. I bought a 25 dollar JT, it fogged, it scratched, bad news all around. I then spent 100 for my profiler, and paintball has never been better.

Seconded. I love how you can get used profilers for $30-$40 now, awesome masks.

if your looking for looks on the "goggles" (which i think you mean lens...) you can put goggle skins on it... if you wanna change the frame of the lens id look into the flex/proflex....

and as said before NOOOO dont use ski goggles...
