I&I has always been a crapshoot for me. Most of the time everything is cool..but sometimes they screw something up, or usually they just rape you on shipping. I'm not a huge fan of the brick and mortar storefront either but that's a whole 'nother rant.

For me, they're the absolute last attempt for anything.

It took me 5 months of REPEATED calling to get back $45. And I had to mail the wrong item back.

I've bought tons off them in the past. Order directly from their site though. Never had a problem.

maybe wevo? or actionvillage sometimes has em listed. amazon is a decent place to find the tubes and caps once in a while.

that's happened to me a few times, they sent me the wrong swabs, they told me the ones they had listed they didn't have....and they sent me a trigger frame instead of a drop...and they took payment for a feedneck they didn't have...same for a sniper II...sadly sometimes they are the only ones who carry what you need.

I've been a customer of I&I since 1988. In all that time I have only been sent the wrong order once lol. So they are 100000000000000000000000000000000000% with me.
Later,
Blackrain

They are the reason i stopped buying pb parts on ebay. I was brand new to ebay at the time. Didn't realize i had to read the uber small fine print at the bottom about not combining shipping charges. So i ordered like 6 different things on their ebay store, weighed less then 2 lbs. Had to pay $8 shipping for each item...yes $48 shipping for less then 2lb and less then $30 worth of merchandise. I WILL NEVER deal with them again. Just freaking rediculous to charge $8 shipping per item, and not combine. Especially when they all arrived in the SAME BOX. I could understnad $8 a pop if they all shipped seperately. Not if they come together.

Once again, i will never deal with them again. My fault for not reading the super fine print, their fault for being douchebags and super over charging on shipping. Call it a lesson learned on ebay.

I bought a wrist holder a few years back, I have never felt like id been put through the ringer so badly before. I know it was only a 7 dollar item but still it was my seven dollars and I shouldnt have had to fire off so many emails and deal with so many people. All told I probably sent 10 emails and waited about two months.

Ill not be dealing with ANSgear/barbs again either for somewhat similar reasons.
