I'm pretty sure Patriots are Montneel clones: check the Montneel section of vintagerex as well. Basically there should be two screws holding the top rail on, and 3 holding the gripframe on. Remove those, and the gun should breakdown pretty intuitively from there.

Most likely being a Z1 clone it will need to run on liquid CO2. Is your tank a siphon tank? Shake is side to side, if it rings like a bell, then your answer is yes.

A constant leak down the barrel... first, have you cocked it before airing up? IF that does not solve it, have you tried some non-solvent oil? ATF fluid works great in a pinch, put a few drops in the asa before airing up, and it will lube up those old seals without eating them.

If that is not the case, it may be that the cupseal has rotted or degraded in storage.

Just a note, spend some time with constructing your posts, using punctuation and grammar. You will get a lot further here and elswhere because it shows the reader of that post that you care that they can understand. Welcome to MCB, and watch your wallet

Yes there is a sound like a bell when i shake the tank. I have cocked it and still no difference i have tried numerous times but no luck.
Will be taking it apart again tomorrow to check seals as have a pack of spares in the case.

And for the wallet i think i might sell this if i get into paint ball and get a newer version. Just hope the local site allows me to use my own kit.
Thank you all.

Sounds like your valve pin is sticking or you've got a bum o-ring in the valve. They're a bit of a PITA to take apart (you need snap-ring/c-clip pliers and some patience), so you might want to pull the valve and oil it..alot (like soak it in oil and push the valve pin in with your finger). Also make sure your velocity screw isn't too far in, that may pinch the valve open as well.
