One big pump game at EMR a year is the answer. I like the Friday, Saturday, Sunday idea. And don't put in on the same week end as Ion! Feyd.................

As the Commandos slowly age, a lot go more for the social aspect rather than the physical game. But the alternative is to not attend, thereby making the choice easier for Blue to discontinue one of the few regular pump events. So if we the players want more "game" at the big game, it up to us to encourage, cajole and bribe more local folks in our own zip codes to come out and try pump paintball and a great venue. Be the change you want to be.

Agreed. The two times I went back to reload at Panda, people were sitting on the deck in the same spot both times. I guess that's everyone's own choice, but I'd rather play. A lot of people not playing = a lot of money field owner doesn't make, and sees little reason to continue said events.

The beltway gang no longer travels to the Panda games, we decided after the lack luster effort from management and the lower quality games in 2011 made it easy for us to skip 2012.

I highly doubt we would return for 2013, its a long drive for not much paintball play.

only ones Im even planning on using vacation for is Western Wars and PP. pumpers is my must play event every year, its fairly quiet, relaxed and just incredibly fun. So imo its worth my use of a vacation day friday (to get saturday off) to play. Fields really starting to lack in attendance at every game. Now they are going back to DXS bronze paint, not helping much. Valken was superb and never had a single issue with it.

Same here with my group of 12 or so that would go to Pumper's ever year we all came to the conclusion it's not worth it.

A Pump Castle would be interesting... with the commandos tippman town probably wouldn't even fall.

The atmosphere is great, but I also want good paintball. Call me high maintenance.
