I think any variety of pump marker would be allowed.

That is correct - pumps of any kind are allowed.

A while back we tried letting in 'limited semis', often colloquially known as 'pistols' for those in search of definitions, using the restrictions mentioned above (12g & 15 rd max for semis). It seems to have been well received, so we've kept letting them in.
