Any chance we can collect money paid for work that was never done?

You can try that, but that's something that unless presented by him to me, I do not want to get involved with.

I got the box last night, heavy little bugger. I will be snapping photos hopefully tonight. I haven't finished unloading it either.

One bag is marked with a name, have not opened that yet. No lever actions. I did get an SP8, but didn't see that on my list.

I will try to get photos tonight and uploaded, working today & likely tomorrow.

I can try. I have not heard from him. Since I can text now on my phone, I'll give that a go.

I did speak to him for a short time, he said he's getting a new machine soon he hopes, but that was it.

New machine?

I think he would have a hard time getting customers now? In my case I'm out $150 and was without my gear for almost 4 years, and he didn't touch them.

Don't get me wrong he was always nice when we did speak, and I would love to see him knocking out good products, and custom work. I just think there is a lot of negative goodwill to make up for.

Titus major props again for all of your help relaying information and getting people their gear back. Beer's on me if you find yourself in Omaha.

Can anyone remember what email account was being used for paypal and about what time frame when the lever order was originally started? I am thinking about making a claim.
