Oh boy. I'd hate to be the bearer of bad news, but 2 years ago Lance said (to me by phone) he hadn't purchased the brass tubing and didn't have the funds to buy the tubing. I warned him that he was heading down the Lee Kinney road then.
Lance and my shop were working on projects together. I was outsourcing to him for machining of components for the 101st infantry arsenal. We did talk a lot.

There's only a handful of places to get tubing and unless I'm wrong, he never followed through on that order. With the cost of brass tubing needed and in the quantity that he needed, that's no small change. That's a lot of cash. With his financial woes, there is no way he can or could of afforded the brass to do scratch builds. I think this is part of the reason he's not responding to me by phone or email because I know what's really up.

As for the box of stuff he said Titus, that could be mostly mine. Supposedly he was supposed to send me a "shelf and drawer full of stuff". ...I don't know anymore. This is exhausting.

Sorry for being the jerk. I'm just pointing out the common sense of the situation and I really feel for you guys that got caught up into this mess. We are actually hitting the five year anniversary of the original lever build order.

I was hanging on out of good faith, and I guess that had passed. He sent the majority of my things back (missing a few parts and an AKA reg). The thing that was annoying was he kept stalling me with stories about how they had to re acidwash my markers for anno, or the first anno didn't take, waiting on re-anno, etc. I got my pieces back exactly as I had sent them (minus several parts). No evidence of anno or washing, etc.

I understand having illness in the family, as my child also had serious medical issues. But I didn't pull any shenanigans like this.
I'm considering hiring a collection agency (for a portion of collections) if anyone is interested in aggregating costs to fund such an endeavor. You can PM me I suppose.

Is any of that stuff from a phantom? I sent Noxx a phantom for a lever build. Also sent him a freak bored barrel and stuff.

Also sent him a trracer.... but I don't even need that one back.

Similar... I toled him I would send over $3,+ in a box as long as he promised he wouldn't pull a LK. He laughed and assured me he was no Lee Kinney.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

But why? I dont't get what the reason is for posting the pictures of that. He certainly has the materials and unfinished product. Does posting the photo imply that he is going to finish the job? And if he does, what about the rest of us who paid him for work that he has yet to complete, and has since returned things in part or pieces with missing parts and no work done?

i think he is trying to show that he has the brass (a post above was saying he doesnt have the brass and with his bad financial situation no means to get it) and maybe imply that he still has the intent to finish the work, albeit slowly. id take it as a good sign

^ Agreed. I'm not trying to stir the pot so to speak by doing things like this, but just following directions. I think it also shows that he's reading & still following the thread. He said he tried to log in, but couldn't to reply to everyone too.

That's all I have for now, and still a box full of items that 0 have claimed. Still trying to find who Eric Kemper is. Anyone who knows him, please let him know what's going on? Thank you
