Yeah, it's definitely going to need a custom extra-long bolt. Still, it's not like there aren't 394021384903859 people on here with the tools to build one.

Nice. I see one potential problem though. The pump arm would be limited, and reloading would be a paid. But, this will be amazing.

Dude. This is an MCB brass-based custom. Practical is WAAAAYYY down on the list. The sheer awesome radiating from it is the important bit. Style > Practical. If we all wanted just practical, we'd be playing with Egos.

The difference being, "Agg" in the speedball world is basically insecure teenagers looking to impress others and fit it.

We're just weird guys who like cool ****.

you will find that the loader will have to "float" so it can push the last 1 or 2 balls into the breach.

as to loading.....we'll see what Noxx came up with.

I told him I would not mind if I had to load one at a time into the feed tube. Like a real pump shotgun, which is the base intent of this build to replicate.

Futhermore, if it works out, a future lever project could also be reached. To mimic a real lever action, either side-load into the tube "one at a time" 1894 style or Henry style (which is way more complex of twisting the barrel/receiver 6 inches from the tip).

But alas, noxx had some cool ideas, so we will see what he came up with. This one will have a spring follower for the ammo tube last he thought up.

You could try replicating the system from the rap4 shotgun by making a ramp and a spring follower pushed by the pump handle.

Or a progressive spring?

Weltman has an interesting setup on his new lever action double nelson...
