First one is good the second not so much since Law enforcement can petition Craigslist and get the information about the poster.

What would do even better is have someone in a different state fill out those magazine slips and mail them in that would screw them up even more really not being able to tell who it was.

Not if it was done from a public computer (library or college campus), esp. if someone from across the country did it.
