The New Shop!!!

So I was finally approved for funding the machine I have been using for the past 5 months and decided to bring it home last Thursday. I have spent the last 4 days getting it wired as well as the phase converter, re did the shop (third garage bay), built a new work bench, a housing for the phase converter, and a bunch of other misc stuff. Still sucks not having a shed, but the shop is clean and my process will be extremely efficient now that I dont have to drive to the shop to do some of the parts. Everything is done at home. What a relief! I should be turning out a ton of stuff in the next couple of weeks and I will try and post an update tomorrow. Here are the pics:

Moving the machine with the forklift and the shop before remodel:

The shop after the remodel:

Something is wrong, though I can't figure it out.

Oh wait, everything is so clean! I realize its a brand new shop, but I think it will help look better if you just took a bucket of oil, and grime, and dumped it over everything!!

Just kidding. Do you get to keep that forklift truck? Can you take that offroading?

Thats what I should have done! Those bastards, they already called code enforcement when they saw me bring this thing home. Good thing I applied for the permits before hand. I really want to poke a hole in their above ground pool. It is asking for a hole to flood their backyard. Dont get to keep the forklift unfortunately, but it surprisingly wasn't that expensive to rent.

You really should of painted the garage before you moved that beast in. Oil and coolant penetrates bare sheet rock to easy. But in all looking good

Just noticed your forced air unit for the house was in the garage. I wouldn't advise doing anodizing in there. The fumes will get in to the house. Not a good thing.

I'm not doing annodizing. I have a local place and a couple of others to use for now. They charge Heineken and a little bit of cash to do my parts but they can be extremely slow sometimes. I have plastic sheilding for the machine to put on the walls and use as barriers. Just haven't installed it yet.

hehehe

If you really want to have some fun, go out at 3 am and disconnect the little filter tube from the aboveground, wear gloves.

by the time they know what's going on, they have to refill the sucker

Nice, WT!!! I like that idea.

You should rainman, the weather is definitely nicer here. But the neighbors around here would drive you insane!

All of you need to move into the same neighborhood, change the street name to AirSmith Ave., and file a complaint that your neighbors are out of compliance.......

New machine looks great in the shop.

[Dang you, thought I might see a glimpse of the black handled weapon.....only see the stocks and hurc bodies....your good!]
