nova help

i have a nova and it wont hold air i will shoot but air just runs out of it. whats going on? is there someone i can send it to to get fixed?

Post a more detailed problem description in the Airstar area and check the troubleshooting docs, not sure what " will shoot but air just runs out of it" means.
