You are funny for using somthing Italia says as proof. Somthing thats hasn't even happen'd yet at that. I will go by the fact that it says MADE IN USA on the box. Till I see proof otherwise. You can cling to taiwanese ICDs,DYEs,WGPs even BLs were made in Taiwan at one point. Besides agd and aka,not much besides SP is made here. Wow the plastic body on one marker was outsourced to compete with the job killers. Little different than a whole package strait out of a asian container coming off a boat.

a company outsourcing any part of the manufacturing would be a "job killer" no matter how much they outsource, to hate on one company but not another for doing it is... just a little biased. just a little.

edit: and before anyone says anything, yes, those "facilities" could just be management (but who outsources management to china without outsourcing manufacturing first and why the hell would they?) but the point being mentioned is outsourcing, and i bet you no one can live in the usa and go to work in china as a daily routine....

I'm not gung ho about smartparts, I own a sp1,and I use a freak barrel, I owned a ion which I gave to my dad. I have never had a problem with their products. Thats the extent of my gunghoness.
They may be moving all their production to asia,in that case I will probably stop buying from them. In the past they may got parts from asia, but assemble them here,the quality control is done here. Maybe their board manufactures moved to asia. We don't produce anything here anymore so it might be hard to have a 100% american made electro. I don't know,dont really care. The amount of hate directed to smartparts gets stupid somtimes,they are blamed for the demise of agd yet they are still in business,same with aka. TK even said sp wasn't the reason he quit doing paintball stuff. People still spread bs rumors though. Like I said,don't hate nor love. Only companys I really like is agd,cci,ccm,palmers(probably forgot a couple). Any other company I couldn't really care less. Most the markers coming from asia are crap in my experience. Blah... Tired of beating this dead horse.

that's really different from what you first said, that one of the reasons you do not hate them is because they kept production here, meaning you do care, now you're saying you don't.
