Hi,

Right now the only thing that is impressive with Planet Eclipse is the Geo for a current gun line up. Other than that, my 08 shoots just as nice as a 10. I know one teammate who felt his new Geo shot just as nice as his Ego 10. Then again he has the money and will trade up at the end of the season. Personally, I am happy with my 08 since I know what kind of performance I can get out of the gun.

I saw good for PE for trying a different marketing scheme. I am sure the limited edition with PBN fan boy with increase sales since Smart Parts can not fill that gap. Who knows maybe DYE is going to do the same. PBN does give these companies alot of business in the end result. PBN does attract alot of different types of players. Speaking of which I think some on this web site would do the same thing if let's say CCM released a 50 piece MCB edition pump gun in Hawaiian Camo. So PE making making a 350 piece limited run for PBN is no different if not smart. They are pandering to their market to keep their business running.

The bolt faces and valve bodies are intriguing. I wonder if the HP one would provide better efficiency.

That would kinda suck, part of the reason I like egos are because they are as loud as they are.

With a non ported barrel they are quite impressive.
