Up to a point, then it goes back down.

I've never managed to get enough underbore to see that. Length, yes, bore size - no.

I love my Python, so I can't see why I wouldn't love the iFit if it's a collaboration (other than the goofy name ).

Unintentional discharge with paint in the gun setting it down also makes this a nice PSA for wearing your mask when making YouTube videos.....was waiting for the camera guy to scream and fall into frame clutching his face, Spaceballs-style.

Although I haven't used it yet, I like the iFit Kit already for several reasons:

- it offers the widest range of boresizes out there
- it comes at the right time to replace the Freak Kit
- it's sold by TechT
- it comes in a nice box

But of course I'm not an engineer and I spent more time shooting people than sitting in the basement, playing with a caliper

I have to give you ranges due to the granularity of the test. Underbores are measured by the average largest axis measurement of 10 sample balls.

7" step bore (14" overall) - somewhere between .006-.016 inclusive
9.5" continuous (14" overall) - between .009-.019 inclusive
11.5" continuous (16" overall) - between .003-.013 inclusive

Basically the first number represented the peak of the fps curve I measured, while the second number is a point at which I saw dropoff from the peak, so the dropoff starts somewhere in those ranges.

With as little as .003 underbore you start losing efficiency?

No, actually the second number is the inclusive number, the first number is not. Basically I saw a peak at .003 with that barrel and the next test was .013 which showed dropoff.

ok, that makes more sense. doesn't match what we've seen - but that's pushing the limits on getting paint to survive the barrel. certainly outside what I would normally suggest people attempt.
