I think the Russian is talking about the launcher (SA-8).

It almost seems like Pepperball simply wants to get rid of all the stock, they don't care where it goes. If they really didn't want paintballers to buy it, then they would have said explicitly not for paintball, and that would fish out most of the average buyers.

BTW do look over what that says, they are talking about projectiles, not the actual SA-8 Launcher.
