MCBers Wannaplay 2007

The cold arsed game in PA last month was enjoyed by plenty of MCB members, I have thrown together a 4 minute video showing some of the action and silliness involved.

The video is up on youtube so some of the quality is lost but you can see enough to enjoy it, Azzy you may want to practice using pods......

That is easily one of the best paintball videos I have ever watched. Considering the limited amount of actual footage you were able to catch with the (mostly) fixed camera position, it is amazing what you were able to accomplish there.

Excellent job!

I particularly liked all the backwards and forwards footage. Not sure how it would have played in a longer format, but as a "music video" it was awesome. I also loved the footage of Adrien crawling and Azzy(?) dumping his paint pod. Your dancing deserves honorable mention as well.

And I do not mind at all that I only appear on the footage as a vanquished player. It was just that bit more true to life that way.

Jincay, you did a fantastic job on that video. It makes me yearn for spring and castle that much more. Jincay gets a gold star for the day!

Drum you only ever appeared as a walking past player in all my footage , although you and Yellow5 taunting each other is amusing to hear, music videos are the easiest way to go when making a paintball video when you dont have any kind of story line to follow or even a time line. Just throw everything together mix it around and play silly buggers with people doing silly things, the reason this took so long as I have just finished my first longer paintball scenario video that is possibly good enough to be an earner.

Timing can play a big part in viewing pleasure, so getting things to happen with the music really helps and as for the software I use adobe premiere pro which is the Upgraded version of premiere elements. I learnt the basics on elements and moved up to pro when I wanted to do more, its much less user friendly but allows a user to do so much more.

The best thing about elements is the ease of converting to mpeg, quicktime and best of all WMVs for online content.
