Smart Parts has filed to change over from Chapter 11 Bankruptcy (Re-Organization) to Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (Liquidation)...

So many years I had heard time after time how SP was litigating the pants off every small pb company out there. It would appear that "what goes around, comes around."

I know this economy has hit paintball BAD! I sure hope that some business will stay operational.

It would be nice if some of the small companies that were bullied by SP could start up making their stuff again.

I think the entire industry needs to rethink how it's going to survive in future!

I hope some people are innovative enough to find a way to make it work!

I'm sorry for all of those who have lost jobs. I wonder if these patents will be liquidated, or if they are property of the brothers?
