2011 NCPA College/Highschool Paintball Championship Webcast April 15-17

The NCPA webcast received spectacular reviews in 2010, and we have brought back the same awesome group of announcers, including Matty Marshall, Oliver Lang, Chris Lasoya, Kevin "Catfish" Arcilla, and Rocky Cagnoni.

Webcast Schedule:

Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM: Prelims
Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM: Ocho and Quarterfinals
Sunday, 10 AM to 12:30 PM: Semifinals

The Championship Match will be broadcast this June on Fox College Sports, Fox Sports Net, and later Hulu.com.

We scrimmaged the West point NCPA team (currently 2nd) on saturday night, good luck to all those guys!

^Great bunch of guys. But 2nd in the NEIC conference, not all of NCPA.

Been watching most of the morning...some good games. CSLB vs West Point was a tight match-up. Kind of torn between rooting for CSLB and CSUF.
Can't believe Chris Lasoya calling people 'silly' over stupid moves...

so...are they only going to show the class A games or will AA be shown as well? Can't find a lot about the schedule on the webpage.

Ugh. "If you're not cheating, you're not trying hard enough, people". A minute later, "You can cheat all you want, just don't get caught," and "I'm not a cheater, I'm a winner."

I was quite enjoying it up to that point.

haha yeah, that was a little strange, but it is still a pretty good commentary. Only thing I don't really like is the fact that they really have no idea what exactly is happening on the field. There are no refs or anyone telling them about penalties (they have to figure it out themselves) and they aren't getting the real-time player count updates (the onscreen counter will update, and they will continue talking as if it didn't happen, then would correct themselves a couple seconds later). But those are my only read gripes with it.

Watched some of this today, it was pretty good. As far as watching paintball matches go it was decently entertaining. But man is lasoya's commentary annoying..

Best part...I am of the understanding that they wont be streaming finals! That they are going to wait a couple months to show it on Fox College Sports...

High School games are over...my buddies kid got second place!

Definitely were some crazy plays today...hope someones posting Chris Tregarthen executing that guy up on YouTube...

All in all...I would say the announcers are better than they were with the NPPL/USPL webcasts.
