When you do finally get to take it apart you will find it remarkably different from what we are used to but still very much the same, just modernized and much more user friendly. It is a revolutionary design but this wheel is still round.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

I have seen the ins and outs of this marker. Rod gave me a very nice, and very much appreciated in depth look into this marker at PP. As a big time CCM fan and fellow machinist he wanted me to give him opinions on the overall design. I will say it is both very different and very much the same as what we know of Autococker based markers if that makes any sense. It isn't all unique to this marker wherein 10 years from now there if for some reason thete is no CCM to get parts from, normal parts will work. I plan on getting one of these for sure, especially if they fix the only complaint I had about the milling of the body not flowing well with the shape of the barrel. It is the biggest evolution of the Sniper IMO that still maintains the same principals and parts layouts we are used to. It will be much easier to work on. I don't think i am supposed to share all of what I saw internally but all the changes I saw were for the better, in every aspect.

I thought it looked pretty good inside from what I saw, I very much like what they did with the action. the changes will provide greater reliability than other sniper based markers, and likely easier service if ever necessary

This new CCM seems more and more like the bee's knees every day. For some godawful reason I know where my tax refund is going to wind up...

The plan is to get the marker out as quickly as possible in as many hands this weekend. From those who play rec ball to those who play pump regularly against semi's at the 5 local fields here on the island. Looking for honest feedback to give to CCM and their team who will ultimately decide on the changes and on its release date.

Hope they play it hard especially in the rain, mud, sand (sorry no snow here except on the volcano on the big island) and sun throughout the weekend. Hope to get guys to pound on the auto trigger and play it rough and see how it holds up even when shot up. Looking to hear comments from those who don't depend on the auto trigger as well. Hope the wear marks appear so CCM can make their adjustments in the final production model.

Admiring the folks at CCM who believe in the "process" of involving and getting community input. Wow!

Don't worry about snow. We got plenty here in Northwestern Ontario. I want to personally see how the gun handles being in -30* (before the windchill).
