Support the JDRF while playing PAINTBALL! Help us support the Greater New Haven chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and let's raise money to help aid research for a cure for Type 1 diabetes.

~You need to be 13+ years old to play~

If you do not have any gear of your own:

*The cost for everything for an all day pass is $60. ($20 of that $60 goes to your JDRF donation!)
**We're running a special package for 2 people who sign up at the same time for a cost of $100 (of which $40 goes to your JDRF donation) AND this includes 1,000 paintballs!!

If you DO have your own gear (mask, pods, pod pack, marker, air tank):

*The cost is $40 of which $15 is your donation to the JDRF.

**All paint is $65 per case (2,000 paintballs/case) and $15 is donated to the JDRF**

That is a great way too raise funds and have fun also. Are you guys inviting diabetic teenagers too play also at a discounted rate?

They're welcome to play and if they come see me I'll hook them up with some extra paint, however as a fundraiser the entry fees remain the same.

I received the free gifts for pre-registration. There is a limited number so it'll be first come first serve. I can say that the gift will last for years and you'll get plenty of use out of it.

What a fantastic day to play some ball. The refs were all there and if they weren't reffing a game, they were in the woods clearing downed trees and limbs. It seemed almost therapeutic to be playing ball in perfect autumn weather with chain saws running in the background.

Even without power, we got an entire day of ball out of the air in the tanks and nobody knew the difference. A fair turnout considering the beating the area took this past week and we raised some money for a good cause.

I appreciate everyone's support who made it. Please look for another event in May or June of 2012. We're already starting to work on it and I've been in conversations with multimedia outlets to see what we can do to to get the word out. However, I'd like to make sure all of the locals have first crack at it next year.

Keep May or June in mind if you're interested. Thanks everyone. And thanks to Tugboater who even pitched in to give a friend of mine a pass for a future day because his marker wasn't working. Thanks again Tugboater.
