I personally would not risk getting a mouth shot to be able to yell louder.
Or, as I have often seen... to smoke cigarettes with a mask on.

Hey...

By the way. If you guys see Simon (Manike) running around. Thank him. I'm sure a large part of this (and the reason that the mask is modular like the originals) is thanks to him!

I thought it was impossible to smoke redbull. Sandwiches I can see being extremely difficult as well.

I knew what your intent was, but the comment was wide open for interpretation.

I have not liked any of the modern masks at all, none fit me right. I am a larger guy (6'3") and even when I was skinny as hell years back the Spectra line fit me the best. I literally just upgraded from a few beat up Proshield masks that I have had for a very long time to the ProFlex. If these can keep the Spectra feel then when my next upgrade is due then I might look at the E-Flex but just having Empire lenses doesn't justify a change right now. For ten or so years I have used the Spectra lenses and have had almost no issues, I got a few bad ones from the factory where the thermal was peeling off after my first game in them but that's a QC problem not design flaw.

As for the quick change thing, I still don't care. I take them apart at the end of the day and clean them. I have never been in a position where being able to change and clean my lens in less than three minutes mattered or was safe to do. Either I am in the picnic area and have a few minutes to spare or I am in the dead box and normally thats not the safest area to be working on a mask. I play rec/woods most of the time so that may be why I don't see the need. I had Profilers and didn't care for the quick change on them either, I can get my Spectras apart just as easily.

That's because I didn't want to come right out and say what I meant. I meant cigs are not the only thing I've seen smoked, though usually I see one smoked right after. Then the red bull and sammich. I thought it would be common sense not to smoke red bull. strip paint off any surface or degrease your driveway, sure redbulls a champ! But smoke it, gross. I wouldn't put that nasty crap in my mouth let alone lungs.

Kee, I have shiny new brown Canadian plastic bills waiting to buy this mask. I wonder what the price here will be. Hopefully they don't ding us 20 + bucks more than in the us.
