FS ads for used CCM guns with the new snake oil bolt, can now use the words: with upz
Before Example: FS clean CCM T2, After: FS CCM T2 with mad upz!
This alone usually adds about 75 bucks so that's like 25 bucks in the bank

I wonder if someone will make a jam bolt. Pump paintball is really tough and I need all the anti-chop technology that I can find!!!

To me that ccm one would be a down grade. Delrin doesn't need orings, it just makes the pump stroke less smooth. Also the oring on the front where the detent notch is will get caught just like the empire sniper. So if I wanted a crappy pump stroke I would buy this.

Someone always buys into the hype. I know I did back in the late 90's early 2000's with the bolt craze for autocockers. I'm glad I'm a bit older and smarter now though. Performance doesn't always mean the best possible numbers. it means the most reliable rig that lets you have fun without worrying about being in the break area tinkering and conjuring up magic one game fixes!

Not to be a "hater" here but personally I will stay with my stock bolt for my T2.

I could see if TechT didn't make the airport area of the bolt the same length as CCM makes theirs, I could see the gun being inconsistent when At-ing. CCM's bolt doesn't have to be all the way forwards. Any one who sets up a CCM autotrigger usually sets it so that the gun fires with an 1/8" gap between the backblock and the body. CCM's bolt accommodates gap. I don't know if the TechT's bolt is set up like this. I know that CCM is also very picky about the tolerences on the bolt and body. I know that my T2 bolt is a great fit in the top tube and I have never had a problem with blowback in my personal gun.
I would like to see both side by side to compare them.

I think that it is great that they do give us pump players an option to put a new stuff in our guns though and I like that they did make a new bolt that is hopefully better for the Sniper.

actually a little interested in this but theres no way ill be paying 50 for it. i was actually pretty interested in finding an original ego hush bolt and sticking it in my sniper. all the dimensions are right, but i never got around to it.

even one of those pooty modded cure3 or 4 bolts that the guy over on the nation is doing. they seem to work pretty well...

like so many of you have said though, is it really necessary? my sniper is pleny efficient, shooting 278-281 at ~125psi.
