i agree with what blackrain said.

He took a gamble when breaking into a home in TX. Lucky he got away with his life and just a few bruises to show for it.

Oh I'm so behaving myself if you know what I mean. this bad guy taken out by a kids toy with reballs non the less, He is lucky she wasn't using other alternative ammo.

Yea I miss the gun laws that Texas has. They may have regulated a few over the yrs, last I checked you could still protect yourself and family

Yup, still the same. If they are in your house, (over the thresh hold) you have the right to protect yourself, family, and property with deadly force.

It's more complicated than that.

For property:

Texas Penal Code - Section 9.42. Deadly Force To Protect Property - Texas Attorney Resources - Texas Laws

For self defense:

Texas Penal Code - Section 9.32. Deadly Force In Defense Of Person - Texas Attorney Resources - Texas Laws
