Hmmm... Seems a bit "odd".

I don't know the legality of it all, but if I owned the pbnation trademark, I could probably easily shut down the pbnation site by claiming infringement.

So you would think the new owners would have purchased both with their agreement.

Just seems odd.

That's just the trademark of paintballnation.com and not the website, right? It seems like you are just buying a hornets nest of problems.

Can I just say that there are now four threads for this? Paintball News, The Dead Zone, Member's Only Chat, and Member's Only Ebay all have a thread for this....

Very strange, and in my mind, very useless.

What's PbN without its users? As a concept and brand it's not much different than any other forum. The critical mass of posts and users is the real value, IMO.
