No actually if u read pbnation.com is not part of the sales. You are only getting the artwork, trademark and paintballnation.com.
"PbNation LLC, the sole owner of the Registered TradeMarks PbNation (Registration Number: 3092322) and paintballnation.com (Registration Number: 2357308) and other related assets announced that these assets will be offered for sale."

If Crowdgather does not buy the PbNation Trademark and you buy it. You can end up suing Crowdgather for trademark infringement.
