Bhaa that actually is funny.

I have been trying to limit posting about the Spire here on MCB but glad to see someone has posted it in the news section.

Unless, of course, that new tech is the NXE Jrny.

Gah that feels awful to type. It's as if the marketing team at NXE was reading lots of that-other-forum before coming up with a name.

well there's definitely room for a new loader since dye priced theirs at friggin 190.

Virtue reps have said it's going to be lighter and smaller than the rotor or prophecies, and carry more paint. Suspicion is the picture drive cone or "spire" as it's called, houses everything. Batteries, board, motor, etc.

It's all just claims and speculation until it's out. I'm more concerned about durability, as that's the reason I abandoned empire loaders in favor of the rotor.

Agreed, if they have a lick of sense it'll be toolless as well. THat's what sold me on a rotor in the first place. I would like to see something else compete with the rotor at a much lower price point. It's hard out here for a Gimp! lol

Looking a the pic I'm guessing the spire will set directly under the lid. I wonder if you'll have busts dumping paint quickly. How much clearence will there be between the mouth of the loader and the Spire.?
