The Tippmann X7 CQB is designed for Close Quarters Battle: room entry and room clearing. It is designed to be compact and accurate for fast action. This model comes with a vertical grip for better control and maneuverability, and a 30mm red dot scope for quick target acquisition. The CQB is the best choice for fast and furious paintball.

The Tippmann X7 Carbine is designed to follow the M4 Carbine. It comes with a standard M4 handguard and a four position, retractable stock. This exciting model has a Weaver-style accessory rail with an A3 detachable carry handle featuring windage and elevation adjustments that complements the front sight mounted on the barrel forward of the grip. The Tippmann X7 M4 Carbine is perfect for woodsball and scenario paintball, where function and looks go hand in hand. It this the best option for those who like to play Ranger or Scout roles.

The Tippmann X7 Sniper is designed for taking shots from long range. It comes standard with a 9 magnification power scope that’s clear for 600 yards. The Tippmann X7 Sniper also comes with a bipod for stability when you take long range, precision shots.

If you already have the Tippmann X7 paintball marker, these kits are available for you to build your marker from the ground up to fit the paintball style you want. No matter what position you’ll be playing this weekend, we have the right configuration. CQB. Carbine Sniper. This is paintball, as real as it gets.

holy crap they're pricy! you can find a stock x-7 for 299 at most sports stores that sell paintball stuff. they want $350. $150 for a red dot sight?

i don't understand the need for a scope that'll show clear 600 yards when effective range is maybe 100 feet.

other then that, they don't really look all that different from eachother. good luck to em though.

I could see a point with a high power scope at fall castle. That tower that faces over tippmann town has a clear view for about three hundred feet in that direction. You can probably even tell where players tend to go off the re-insertion. I think you could even get a headcount off in the wall two direction.

Nope... just an incumberance and something else to get caught on something. Ghost rings and or small red-dots are all you really need if you want a scope. Magnification isn't really all that necessary based on most speeds of games. For castle you would probably be better off with a cheapy pair of bino's.

If they were smart they would offer the co2 bottle option that goes in the stock. Or am I looking at it wrong?
Later,

I don't think the X-7 can use the Rap4 air system.

You might not be able to use those cheap binoculars due to their short eye relief.

I'm guessing the same would go for trying to use a scope with a paintball mask.

9x mag is quite bouncy, and way overkill for a paintball. The most you would be looking for is 2-3, and even that's overdoing it.

I use a 42mm red dot

Cool

Anyone tried an X7 with the Egrip ?
Been wanting to try one, just not bad enough to add to the mountain of markers I already have.

(for those in Wimauma, dont want to buy one just to try it)
