i think you will be fine. Fed Ex was always good to me until my wifes dog bit the driver. they usually don't avoid you unless they have a reason.

They had just came in and all the main guys were on vacation, so the one guy there didn't know how to add stuff into the inventory. But I'll have it home before the weekend comes!

I live far from the distribution center so they always skip my house in the first day it's supposed to be delivered. Tracking number says it was delivered this morning so it will be waiting for me when I get home from work!

Was it a 2 day package? The only way we can not deliver something once we take it out, is if it's not due on that day, otherwise it has to have some kind of an attempt on it. Unless you're talking about Ground, and then I have no real idea how they work.
