I'm assuming, with the velocity screw, that the oring cannot breech the pump arm screw holes, correct? Please excuse my ignorance here, I haven't tuned a Nelson before.

That works. Any projections as to when parts may become available?

I assume using a hacksaw and a mill on the marker is not covered under the parts warranty clause.
