entire lowers is 1 piece plastic right? someone can just mold a new one that fits DAM mags? maybe fix the grip panel holes while he's at it? give it space for hoses too????????

My Stratasys uses ABS.

But I now have access to an Objet. It uses some really magnificent thermoresin. Very strong parts.

If you remove the guide rod, and cut back the plastic shroud... you are left with a large thread hole machined into the aluminum body.. perfect for dropping on a custom front block.

If we're talking DAM-magazine compatibility, something else to think about might by the MR5's gripframe, especially if the .45 grip was deleted in favor of a provision to use actual Lonestar-compatible grips.
