but has a female threaded 7/8-20 hole so I can thread in a cram and jam tube and have a 10 round tube feed and still use sights, like this

I would just need to take a dremel to the body around here

if you want to have both choices, sounds like it might be easier if you buy the empire trracer for side feed and then wait for one of the picatinny vertical feed options so you can choose that way, than to buy the hammer for the vertical feed and wait for a custom side feed mod, if only because one mod is in motion and the other isn't.

Allegedly, the Trracer is BAD (three letter word for donkey)* with such a magazine though, and it's possible to consistently hit a pie plate at around 200 feet. Allegedly. But what would I know?

Now I just have to get the company to approve making it... Allegedly... "

dundadun, look at the wgp ranger for inspiration on your angled feed idea. Their bodies were top feed with an elbow that offset. I bet something similar could be made for the H7 that would not require modding the body and that sights would easily clear

I actually have no hesitation about moding the body. I think of it as the thing that holds the breach in.
But I will look.

I'm looking to use a spyder threaded freak barrel on this one but the barrel back is slightly too large in diameter for the pump handle. I'll post a photo on this later to show you what I'm talking about but do you think taking a small amount of material out of the handle would weaken it? Would you grind down the freak back instead?

Definitely take it from the pump. You'll be surprised at how quick and how little material will be remove to accommodate a 1+" diameter barrel. You take the freak down, and then you have to contend with the finish, etc. Plus, you'll be prepared for any barrel with the pump widened.

Mine is widened with the stock barrel atm. Other than a very little bit of twisting that can be induced while I'm pumping kinda lazy, It's holding up like a champ.
