never tried to double pump it before, so i went to try it out. it will not let you double pump unless you trick it.

nice, good feature. having a lock closed design means it's easier to run the gun with no return spring without worry of the bolt opening

The locked closed design is double edged. What happens when u run outta paint and you dont realize it till its too late? You have an empty chamber that cant be opened unless u dry fire it. The JT ER2 had it and during the few rarer occasions it happened.
I personally like the way the PMI trracers did it. It didnt lock bolt forward and closed. It kept the bolt forward but also allowed you to pull open the if needed.

With both the Empire Trracer and the JT ER2, you can re pump the marker by just pulling the trigger in a little bit.

The Empire Trracer and JT ER2 were specifically designed to do that. You should be able to do it with the safety on so there is no chance of an accidental shot if you don't want it.

Sounds like the Hammer 7 has the same thing, which is good in my opinion. Especially for new players and if you are shooting first strike. Would suck to double load first strikes accidentally.
