It uses a MRX cover plate that you need to buy separately, but does it ever look nice when its on.

You can get rid of the tank and hose it just takes a little work,GAT will be making a kit for it in the future.Check the link out for pics

So what did you use to mount that ASA adapter to the pic rail?
Some kind of scope ring?

That's exactly what I used,Im looking for a 12 gram changer to use under it but the 13ci fits cool and looks like a grenade launcher.I imagine you could do the same thing with the MR5 just be carefull with tapping the body, you only get one shot at it!

BT makes a nice undermount ASA for rails. I have one on my T9.1 (moved my tank-in-stock to under front shroud).

Im curious, I guess you plugged the old ASA, then tapped in ? can you give drill size you used and thread (NPT I presume) ???

I used a CP ASA plug for the existing hole then I drilled the body(can't remember the size atm)tapped it and notched the frame so I could take it off without having to remove the macro fitting.Ill post the drill bit size and tap when I get to the shop,but its the size to do a macro fitting.
