What's the length of the stock dye barrel? Is it 18 or 14 inches? Looking at the picture, it looks like 14 but ANS is saying that the stock is 18 inches.

That's really weird that ANS and POL would tell me it's an 18 inch barrel.

If I am running this with an Apex2 tip, the 14 would clear the shroud?

The openings for the first strike round are about 0.8 inches (slightly larger than length of first strike round.
From the tip of the opening to the top edge is about 0.95 inches (the bevel makes it a little hard to measure).
The length of the mag before it narrows near the top is about 2.75 inches.
The top of the mag is 2.1 inches from edge to edge.
The width of the mag (not on pic) is about 1.15 inches.

Sorry it took so long and for the approximate measurements, we're moving and my caliper is boxed up.

almost. now just take the 2 screws off the back piece and the one off the side of the "switch" then disassemble and take a few pics of the pieces and i would be a very happy camper. I'm looking for a shoot of the internals of the mag release.

With all due respect to the DIY players... (I'm building my own Kydex press, so I kinda understand, however)

...I don't understand all the weird mods people are doing to this gun.

Qloaders never made sense to me and a simple angle mount like this...

would solve the sight picture issues. A slight cant of the gun and you're golden grahams, no?
I'm sure the mags can handle a 45degree angle and I know a Rotor can...
