Why not just buy a Clone GT and get a smoother shot and very close shot count to the marq poppet?
This appeals to my tinker aspects as it would be a lot of fun to mess around with and compare both systems within the same platform, I just feel that with a few true spools on the market now that get 1500-1800 shot per fill (Clone GT, 2013 Demon, Lurker Eigen Bolt Shocker) this new BL Spool is a little late to the party.
It is a neat concept and I am sure will sell very well. It just seems to be more of a novelty today than the revolution it would have been if released in 2008-2010.

All of their Victorys now come with the spool engine, not just the V-COM. You can get a non-OLED V2 or Ripper with the spool engine for $1000-$1150 new while the Gt is still $1400. $400 is a lot of money even when dealing with expensive guns like these. That's a good enough reason not to buy the Clone GT over one of those, on top of the fact that the Victory is better in some aspects than the Clone GT. I do think the GT is the better gun though. Macdev just needs to put out an inline poppet for the GT and we will have a real winner!

What was crazy about this was that the spool was suppose to USE more air yet shot HOTTER than the poppet. What the Actual?
And around 3:30 did anyone else hear this thing shooting lasers?
Maybe if I'm not poor as I am I can get one for meself
