Glad to finally see this product being used as an integral part of the mechanical aspect of a gun other than using it just for accessories and what not.

As for this marker being "real" carbon fiber wrap, maybe that's the case but being that it's such a fine veneer of lighter material (and heavy bonding agents) over ever-so-slightly smaller than stock hunk of aluminum, it seems a little bit silly/expensive to go that route rather than hydrodipping.
nice example right here. Using real CF on ULE Mag

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

That is pretty, but I was referring to the modified ULE bodies that we were making over on Automags.org almost 10 years ago, and then more recently WarpedMephisto started offering the service. Basically removing much of the dead weight on a ULE body and replacing it with a carbonfiber tube.

Oooh, I would so buy a CF body and Rail right now. Hopefully all the threads are Al sleeved. Would be nice to put in some solid detents and eyes, neck and all that which could match the frame and lowers.

They could have maybe done a carbon fiber trigger since the body isn't actually CF.

Something like that
