On the subject of paint everyone likes, does anyone get paint that is not already dimpled? I can't remember ever seeing paint that was not already, this includes many of the fields on the east coast. It seems everywhere just sells extremely hard dimpled paint for $50+. Are the manufacturers making too much and improperly storing it? It doesn't matter how "fresh" I'm told it is or how recently the paint made it to the field. Even West Point this spring had Premium and Marbs straight off the RPS truck with dimples galore.

I've seen this at a large event in a few years ago. It was a huge game though, and my guess is that the paint wasn't properly dried in the efforts to get enough made in time for it to be fresh at the event.
