I ordered this for christmas, called up Guerrilla Air today and turns out its not a GA myth, I called up ANS and they rudely insisted that it was a GA Myth. Me and a few other people rounded up and called GA, they were very disappointed that someone would lie about selling their product just to make money, In the end it all worked out, GA is selling them for cheap. And ANS took out the Guerrilla Air part out of the title.

To ANS: Next time dont be so rude over the phone and insist on something that is not true, we are not stupid. Oh, sorry, there wont be a next time. Goodbye.

I just got the call from GA, they said anyone that bought a myth from ANS can send it to GA and they will send you a REAL Myth(no extra charges). The ANS Myth is an Unauthorized regulator, MEANING IT IS NOT ALLOWED.

You have to send them the ANS "Myth", the invoice and any other paperwork:

There are some interesting tidbits in there....

I really wish PBN had some sort of filtering option where you could set it to automatically ignore posts from users under a certain age.

I'll sum up the PBN thread for those too lazy to read it. Since I'm affected, I took the time to read the whole thing.

Basically, someone was suspicious of the legitimacy of the "Myth" regulator they received from ANSGear, called up Guerrilla Air, and GA claims ANSGear never purchased any regulators from them. Slowly, ANSGear has been changing the listing they have on their site. Initially, when most purchased their regulators, ANSGear listed them as "Guerrilla Air Myth Regulators", but now they're just listed as "Myth Regulators" and all warranty work is aimed towards ANS itself, rather than GA.

In response to this, GA has supposedly agreed to replace all counterfeit regulators with new ones straight from them and has lowered the price of the regulators to match ANSGear's price. From what I've read, those who have tried to return them to ANSGear are given their money back, but not return shipping, as ANSGear still claims them to be legitimate regulators.

If you purchased one from ANSGear, give GA a call and they'll take your name and number and ask for you to e-mail them copies of your invoice and receipt from ANSGear and will then work with you to replace the regulator with a legitimate one.

I'll be calling tomorrow.
