Looks like a BT & 98 merged together.

Looks good. At least they make some real changes when they come out with a new version.

And a revamped Pro/Carbine would be great.

I agree I would like to see an improved version of the prolite or the carbine.

My thoughts exactly. Looks a heck of a lot like the bastard child of a m98c and a bt4.

Those are the two things I really liked too. When I had to take about 98s by the boxes, I cant tell you how many of those front site springs I lost.

I like it. Would nearly get this over an a-5 cause it as the A.C.T which really works.

There's a very easy "trick" to not lose the front sight spring. Just keep the elbow attached! You don't have to take the elbow off the frame to get the receiver off. There's a groove there. Leave it on. It keeps the front sight down and locked in.

split receivers is awesome... the front spring is a good idea(like many have posted already that has to be the #1 lost piece in tippys)... how ever i was talking to a tippy sales rep & he said a few things that have me kind of worried... like the only thing holding in the powertube is the steel line(no more tube screws)... was also hoping they would make the front grip removable... i know i know... it has been for years but i mean like the A5(so theres no trace once you pull the plastic off)

all in all... i'm far from impressed but the "update"

I agree the front grip needs to be removable or did in a way the other grips can be attached.
