My comments was just showing a small part of what is hurting this sport and it's sellers. HMMM guess my $3 Grenades won't look so cheap after a while lol. Have to ease the pocket some way or another. Sure everyone is going to stuggle, but hey just play a little cheaper. Smart Parts freak kits shoot any kind of paint.

Add me to those that disliked the attitude Hybrid brought to paintball. It actually kept me from considering some of their products. Never liked any of their grips, mainly because of the crap molded into them, and I would probably have bought a halo plate if they all didn't say stupid things on them.

While I agree with some of the general statements in there, no tears here either. I have read this a couple times and honestly don't even get it. So.. they're not closing their doors, are still selling and making goods and "will make more".... but are "stepping to the side"? Honestly the whole thing looks like a rant to try and get folks angry and to sell more "F*(& <insert company name>" stickers...

Add me to those who dislike Hybrid, The general attitude they gave out has influenced lots of Agg kiddies and they take pride in their hybrid and bash other companies which have BETTER PRODUCTS that don't look better than their hunk of hybrid Shi-, sorry :O
AGD has been around since the beginning along with PPS and CCI, These companies know their products and have their own Unique style, The creators of these companies definitely know Paintball and show it in different Designs, They are Truly Paintball Geniuses!

Amen to that! How do you write a business proposal and get a loan to start a company with that level of PBN education? And my kids wonder why I'm so hard on them about their school work?!

Just as long as I can get paint, I don't need any piece of paintball equipment currently sold, with the exception of new google lenses, to keep playing paintball! Especially the offensive crud sold by Hybrid.

I agree with the "will not miss the slogans" theme and don't use any of their stuff, however is this the beginning of the small companies closing up? Or was it just too much spending money too quickly- poor buisness. how do you go from being one of the fastest growing compies to closing up shop in one year?

The whole agg thing got out of hand and became VERY lame VERY fast but the whole concept is remarkable. Play to play, not for the money or fame. Most of us have forgotten that (I play tourney and woods) but hybrid paintball did bring change and some very good products to the market, hats off folks regardless of wether you rock a tippmann a5 or an Ego, it's still a small paintball company with decent intentions.

While it is sad to see a company go under, I agree with the current theme that they really won't be missed. The "AGG" attitude really has to go and this might be a step in that direction.
