I liked the Threshold until I held it. But I like that one way more. And for that price if I don't like, I won't lose 500 bucks in resale like other electros.

I never liked the Threshold. The milling was way too busy. This I like a bit more but I'll wait and see how it works in the real world.

I think that guy must have had an old exchange rate. At the current rate of US$1.50 (approx.) to 1.00€, the US$ price is about US$750.

I hope that doesn't burst anyone's bubble.

Youre not, because if you check this site you will see that its priced lower than the F8. European prices are usually at a much higher level than in the US. An ION would infact be 363$ here in Norway with todays currency (and 25% tax), so you cant just convert the currency.

True enough, but I was going off of this thread saying that it was not available in the US. If you have to get it from France, you must pay the French their francs.

But if it becomes available directly in the US, well, let's just wait and see.

What the HELL is up with that goofy handle on the rear end of that thing? Is that like a caribiner hook so you don't lose your car keys or something?
