IQ. New DP gun. Lesser-milled Threshold(?)

Caught this link on the Tinker's guild.

WTF ? A new DP gun ? - PbNation

Looks like a less time-consuming mill than the Threshold, but with a shorter bolt (no sealing o-ring groove).

Looks nifty. Go DP and non-Chinese-made guns!
Supposedly 499€ and available in France at the moment which makes no sense to me.
Ooh, some guy computed it to MSRP at around $350-$375 in the US. Interesting.

What do you know Chaos?

Not a huge fan of the body and frame together, I just don't think they flow. Needs something thinner and sleeker like a ego 7/8 frame. But the body is awesome. Definitely the shortest and smallest spool I've ever seen.

Very interesting... A much shorter bolt too.

That shorter bolt makes it look a bit odd I think. I still prefer the look of the Threshold after seeing this. Hmm....

But still nice to see someone still coming out with new gear.

Pretty keen...too bad it'll probably have an optical trigger switch. Hate those.

The bolt design looks very much like a DeadlyWind Hollowpoint.

I'd play with it. I saw the link on tinker's guild and according to the PBN thread, it's european market only... ...but that's only if the american DP fans raise a big stink about it. Even then I bet they're afraid of a trade dress suit from Planet Eclipse, it does look a lot like an Ego8

But it's a spool valve electro, how many of those you see these days?

Oh yeah.
