From what I've seen, everything TB does is over-the-top and opinionated. Kinda his shtick, as it were. As for the porn trading, it all depends on the age of the girls in the photos, and the age of the traders, doesn't it? I don't think anyone over 18 will have a case against their boyfriends or husbands for showing the pictures online, just like they wouldn't if they caught him showing his buddies a Polaroid in a bar. After all, if you let me take the picture, what do you expect me to do with it? Burn it? (especially with a digital camera, what ditz doesn't think that her 19 year old boyfriend thats taking pictures of her with his paintball guns sin't doing it to show his friends?) It might be an a-hole thing to do without permission, but it isn't illegal.

Now, if they prove that the guys were too young to be trading or that the girls were to young to be showing, you thrown the whole thing to the G-men and play shocked innocent bystander.

Oh and before someone else gets it in, "Porn?!? On the internet!!! WOW!!!"

Who are the mods here? I don't know. I've been here since the beginning, and have NEVER NEEDED TO KNOW. That either means they have done a fantastic job at moderation, or simply that the user-base here has never really needed it to begin with.

since sarcasm doesn't travel well on the net, and from the tone I am guessing you are actually serious, i'll treat your post as serious and not sarcasm. I used to post on r.s.p, and i have looked in a few times recently. considering the majority of the posting the last time i check was tinfoil hat MI6 ranting and spam, I'd say that r.s.p. is a VERY poor example of a succesfully unmoderated group. even in its heyday, I spent a heck of a lot of time downloading and having to delete spam, trolls and junk. It had a lot of good info and people, but it was NOT what i would EVER consider a good format.

The mods here are pretty good and it has a very good user base, you don't see them act much, which is how it should be. the problem in pbn's case is all to often the mods don't act, don't care and it shows. the biggest differnce between the mods here and there though is, here you hit report post button and posts go away. on pbn, that doesn't always happen. and yes, I use that button.

To be honest, this doesn't shock me. Stuff like this happens everywhere, and it might happen more than you think...

80+% of them don't do ****. That is fact. I modded there for like 6 years. I am so happy I quit last year.
