I remember the 1982 World's Fair in Knoxville. The Japanese had a robot arm that would paint pictures.

That was 26 years ago...

He sure has trust in that thing.... I would've walked off to the side and around after it traced me. He shows that he's a little worried by moving slowly, yet walks directly towards the device...

Silly idea... I guess they had the experience of engineering it, but that's about all it's good for.

I don't understand how hitting someone with one of 300 balls, fired at 30BPS is skill.... yet a single ball to the face from a PGP is a "lucky" shot....

That was really dumb. I can't think of a single decent use for it. Unless you built it into a sentry of somesort. Only shoots at Agglets or refs or something...

Hey! I was at that World's Fair! Is that big golden globe structure still standing?

I don't remember the Japanese robot arm, but I DO recall the massive sunburn I walked away with.

Oh yeah, the Sunsphere is still there. The painting robot was in the Japanese Pavillion.

Ahhh, technology... we've come so far.
