There is much truth in the above. I started to work right out of college with a manufacturing company making lawn and garden tools - quality tools too. About seven years later I lost my job and a couple years after that the entire operation shut down. Why? Mainly foreign competition of lower quality tools. Most folks go to Wally World and plop down $10 or $15 for a Chinese stamped shovel and don't want to spend $40 or $50 for a forged shovel with an extended socket that will last a lifetime. Look at AGD - top quality mechanical 'guns and the company is only a shadow of what they used to be. In today's throw away world, why would the kiddies want a 'gun they could let their own children use someday? Sad, really...

| MCB Member | My tank has always leaked, but frankly, I don't really care that much. About a year old. I had to rebuild 5 PMI regs awhile ago for a friend. They were brand new tanks; PMI sent parts to repair them, they still crapped out quickely and I think he returned them for a refund.

| MCB Member Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: Near Austin Texas | Greetings, I e-mailed a link to this thread to my KEE sales representative and he sent it up to the folks at KEE headquarters. We'll see what happens. Most of the problems I have seen are from the flash fills melting the o-ring on the fill nipple but that happens to all of them.
