Probably still cheaper than defending against a lawsuit for putting a 9mm round into someone who was comitting an illegal act.

the FN-303 is fun to shoot. I got trained on it about 2 months ago. We use it to Mark Detainees that are acting up and trying to start riots/ be the problem person/ any of the sort. when we mark the detainees with it, they try to wash it off, it doesnt work, so we know who we marked. While it is Less than lethal, it hurts like hell.
