I'm going to try that on the paint I shot last weekend. I am convinced it contained melted crayola crayons or possibly candles, nasty stuff that had to be washed out twice.

most paint contains Parafin or other wax, it's what makes it thick and opaque.

Even if it's not oil, it's something I wouldn't want separating out and gumming up my gear or clothes.

I got hit by that bad batch of Nelson paint last year. If you didn't wash it off instantly, That stuff ruined everything! It even stained the grips of my marker. It didn't matter how much soap and water you used - it was as sticky as chewing gum.

Great video! By the way - you're field is excellent!

So when can we expect the 'list' of paintballs broken down into the 3 categories 'lot's of oil', 'some oil' and 'no oil'?

I accidentally shot the black plastic over the instrument gauge on my motor scooter. I was shooting in the side yard where it was parked and 1 ball curved and hit it. That was 4 months ago, and the white stain still won't come off.

I wonder if paintballs will stain a rabbit.
