Small welt or not, human rights activists say it is a bad idea, even for a line of defense.
So they'd rather the BP agents shoot them with real bullets? Vid didn't want to work for me, so maybe that explained more. BP deals with a large range of issues from illegals to drug runners. We even had a report of the Mexican army within the US border. It had something to do with drug running, but that's all I ever found out.

What do the human rights activists say about the form of slavery all those illegal aliens are subject to in the southwest, other than their salad would cost more or they would have to clean their own house.

I say start shooting the scum that truck people in by the container load, and treat them as a shipment rather than people. Oh, if we did that, then we would be shooting Mexican government / government contractors...

When can I buy you a beer?

What we should do is collect all the trash that these people leave out in the desert, compile it, and drop it on Mexico City... kinda like that honda commercial, cept it'll be a B-52, not a civic.

The same can be argued for cluster bombs and D.C.

Yeah it was in El Paso about a year ago. Some heavily armed BP agents killed some Mexican drug runners dressed in army uniforms. The Texas Ranges and the BP said it was most likely not military soldier. I don’t know about any other state but I do remember watching that on T.V. There wasnt much about it.

Turns out they were members of the Mexican Army Special Forces who got their training here in the US, went back to Mexico, and jumped ship to work for the drug dealers..

Crazy stuff.

They are called "Zetas", heavily trained military personnel who later turn to work for for the cartels. Learn more about the School of the Americas
